Comfy little studio near the WTC and Condesa at the rooftop of the building. Ideal for one person, a couple or two friends who wish to take the best out of Mexico City.

The space
The studio is located at the rooftop of the building and has a nice terrace to hang out and relax. The ambiance and the view are swell.

The studio has a full-sized bed, a kitchen, a personal bathroom, a breakfast bar furniture, a TV and multiple services included.

The building was built by my grandpa in the 60s and has an eclectic style inside. Back then it was not common to install elevators, that's why the way up is only through stairs.

The location is great! Really centric and close to public transportation. It is two blocks away from the World Trade Center and the Condesa neighborhood is just 3km away.

The neighborhood is well known and contemporary, it shares multiple similarities with the Condesa neighborhood in terms of cultural history.

If you are a student or if you are travelling with a partner, I would say this studio is a great place to stay because of the location and the comfort of the area.

The rooftop has two studios, the other one is also an Airbnb. The rooftop terrace is shared by both Airbnb's.
