Originally we wanted to tour the US with a RV, but opted for a car and Airbnb instead. So Sam's place was a perfect opportunity. We had a blast staying here. It's only a 40 min drive to Zion and 10 min to Sand Hollow state park. The Kids also got to use the (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication was very smooth.

The RV is in a great location. The area is quiet, for the most part, occasionally you would hear a noisy vehicle driving by. The park itself is nice. The club house is directly across the street from the RV. However if you are using the showers in the club house make sure that you have your own toiletries even soap. The soap dispensers were all empty, and the club house closes at 10:00 pm sharp. The RV itself is very nice. The AC runs extremely cold in the master bedroom so bring warm PJ's. Its a really nice place and we would stay again. Sam is a great host and easy to contact at all times.

This was a wonderful stay for a week and a perfect size for a family of 5. The location was perfect when we did three day trips to Zion and went to the movies and did UTV rentals in Hurricane. The trailer location in the park is directly across from the club house and made the pool, laundry and showers easy to use. We would take showers in the trailer but it was easier to walk across street and take in the club house and never any chance of running out of hot water because the tank would run out at the trailer. The grill was new and clean we cooked out every meal eating outside. I used the oven to make S'mores, corn bread and brownies no problem. The full size fridge and easy drive to Walmart we had plenty of snack food all week long. We visited at the end of July and the AC worked amazing in the first master, perfect in the main room but in the back room it did tend to get a little warm but nothing a fan did not take care of.

Sam was super communicative before and throughout our entire stay which we really appreciated. The RV itself is fully equipped and clean. When you first enter it may seem like it won't get cool enough in there but as the person who ended up sleeping on the pullout couch in the main area I can attest to a fully-functioning and very powerful air conditioning system. We had an issue with the water going out for half the day right after we got back from a hike which wasn't great, but Sam did offer to pay for a movie for us (though that wasn't in our plan for the trip). Overall decent stay, would recommend.

Response from Sam:
Thanks for staying. RV park water has been fully addressed and very uncommon issue resulting from another RV hitting water pipes in park.

The camper was very nice. It is very updated (stainless steel appliances, tv, "wood" floors, etc). There are two rooms, one with a queen bed and another with 3 twin beds. For a camper, the main bathroom is decent size which was a pleasant surprise. The place itself had plenty of room and doesn't feel cramped. There's a grill outside with a nice outdoor table and awning on the camper. It's located in a trailer park and is very quiet and close to many desirable locations in Utah. Would recommend and stay there again.

Sam's RV turned out to be the perfect choice for our trip to visit Zion (30min. drive), Bryce (2hr 15min drive) and The Grand Canyon South Rim (4hr 30min drive). The place was exactly how they listed it with everything seeming to be practically. brand new. My buddy said the queen bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed a bed in the back room which was comfortable as well (I recommend stacking the top bunk mattress on to the bottom bunk for extra comfort). Sam was truly awesome at communication and even helped us get in contact with the property manager so we could get a small package delivered during our stay. I would 100% recommend Sam's RV and would stay there again.
