INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE
Enter through the 2-car garage or the front door to the lower seating area. There, an armchair sits next to a leather sofa, which pulls out to a full sleeper.
A full bathroom across the hall has a tub/shower combo and single granite vanity.
Upstairs, the main living area features gorgeous hardwood flooring. The living area is furnished with leather seating for five and a 40” flat-screen TV. Dine at a wooden dining with room for four, or gather around the breakfast countertop with seating for six.
In the kitchen, classic cabinetry and granite countertops gleam. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven and dishwasher, serve your every culinary need, along with plenty of countertop equipment. Throw open the doors to the patio and enjoy crisp breezes; there’s a second patio on the other side, too.
Up another flight of stairs you’ll find the bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the left, with a king-size bed, large dresser and TV. There’s an en-suite bathroom with a dual granite vanity, walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub.
Another full bathroom with a classic tub/shower combo is just down the hall. In the second bedroom, a queen-size bed faces a generous 42” flat-screen TV, so snuggle up with a loved one and share a movie. There’s a small balcony off this room as well.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 40” flat-screen, perfect for the kids.
Located within a 10-minute stroll of the beach, you can make the most of the Texas sunshine in a casual environment.
Head to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, 5 minutes by car, for family-friendly fun on world famous water slides. North Padre Island has a plethora of water sports to choose from, from windsurfing to yachting, so if being on the water is your idea of bliss, you’ll have plenty of options. Drive 15 minutes to Wind&Wave to rent a kayak and paddle out.
The townhome is part of a gated community that boasts a community pool with sun loungers and 2 cabana kitchens, a grill area, a first to use boat slip and observation deck, all available for guest use.
At the end of the day, head to the Boathouse Bar and Grill for fresh seafood and drinks, half a mile away, or try Dragonfly for French-inspired cuisine, 2.5 miles away.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
