This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath apartment with living area and kitchen attached to a family home with private access. There is also access to their pool and grounds. Great place to hang out with small group of friends or family versus a hotel room. Minutes drive to eating and site seeing in Stephenville. Would definitely stay again.

Upon my arrival, Susie welcomed me at my vehicle and walked me into my private quarters at their home. She was incredibly welcoming, kind and easy to chat with! Their home was cozy, open and exactly as it was represented online - in fact, I’d say even better. I do hope to stay again should I find myself in Stephenville!

I had endured some very personal family issues leading up to this trip, and needed a respite, for solitude and inspiration. I honestly feel that God led me to choose this particular AirBnB property! It's serenity in nature, walking among cows grazing, seeing many chickens, holding sweet little cats, playing with two loving dogs, with the sounds of nature, birds singing, a gentle breeze blowing, and the silence that country living affords. I spent mild mornings walking down a dusty country road to be alone with my thoughts. When the property was described as an attached apartment, for some reason, I envisioned an old frame add on apartment atop a garage. It is anything but. It is actually a wing of the lovely brick home, with its own entrance, it's very modern, it has beautiful polished marble flooring, a couch and love seat, a glider, a modern kitchen, a lovely bedroom, and a bath and a half. The living area and hallway overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, with seating to relax poolside if you wish. When the hosts realized I was facing some life challenges, they opened their hearts in prayer and empathy for my human condition. They're 10 minutes outside of Stephenville, which is a small college town. That being the case, Stephenville has a Starbucks, a Chili's restaurant, some clubs and food establishments that college kids would frequent. So you get country living, with some city amenities just a short drive away. For the price, for the serenity, for the loving-kindness shown by the hosts, this is by far the best AirBnB I've ever stayed at. Don't hesitate or think twice about booking this property, you can't go wrong here!

Hi there! I am the teacher, head dietician, and documentary photographer of our 5 children. We have traveled all over the US. But we don't call it "traveling", we call it "adventuring"! In this phase of our lives, you'll find us quietly working through math, taking walks on the country roads, or cuddling our new baby. We look to God like the mariners looked towards the north star.
