Doug's place was so close to downtown Phoenix and the Phoenix Convention Center. He made sure that we got a chance to tour the area and get acquainted with its amenities and was always quick to respond as our point of contact. Willing to accommodate check-in and check-out if certain hours do not work for your booking which we greatly appreciated!

This stay was so comfortable. The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom is particularly nice. (Great for tall people!) The location is about 10 minutes to the downtown convention center by foot. On days where I didn't have to take large items with me, I used the GRiD bikeshare to get around. There are a couple bikeshare locations right near the unit and plenty all over downtown. I had two posters delivered to the unit. Doug helped coordinate this and was very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful loft that was well stocked. Excellent location and worth the money. We loved the floor plan and the view. Would definitely rent it again!

Doug's place was great. The pictures were accurate. It is a very new apartment, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all appliances (including a toaster oven and an electric kettle). There is a big bathroom. The bed is a comfortable queen-size bed. Doug was extremely easy to communicate with, and let me check in a bit early. A comment on one other review, which mentioned that parking was a challenge, and that the neighborhood was sketchy. I can't speak to parking, as I just took Ubers for transportation (from the airport, the ride was around $12, and I never waited anywhere in Phoenix for an Uber for more than 5 minutes). It did look to me as though you should figure out parking, though, since you would be parking on a city street, and there might be parking rules. But I know Doug would respond with guidance and information. And on the neighborhood, I do not agree that it is sketchy at all. It is located in an area with a lot of hip restaurants and little artsy shops. There is a coffee/breakfast place called Jo Bot that I thought was good, which is a 5 minute walk away. My friends were staying at the Westin, and I walked from there at night without feeling a bit unsafe -- there were lots of people on the streets and everything was very well-lit.

I was in Phoenix for the Final 4 and basically needed a base to travel around. This loft was perfect and more. Great size and in a great location. So close to Downtown Phoenix and easy to get to access to head to Glendale and Scottsdale. The host (Doug) was in constant communication leading up to my arrival , even sending me details on Final 4 events happening in the city. The clear and detailed instructions to enter the loft couldn't have made life easier after a 17 hour transit and the place was impeccable. The loft itself has a lot of charm and is perfect to the solo traveller or a couple. Spacious yet cosy with everything you need. The Uber and Lyft response rate to the area is fast and makes it easy to get wherever you need to go. Would defiantly recommend staying here. Thanks Doug
