This building is a historical landmark. With that comes beautiful age, uniqueness, high ceilings with exposed plumbing, and old wood floors. You will sometimes hear my neighbors as they get ready for work or watch a loud movie. In general, my neighbors are considerate and turn in early. That is the trade off for such a true loft experience in a historic building. There is less insulation, but it's worth it!
- No access to roof!
-please be aware this is where I live and I have some personal things in drawers and in my closet. There will plenty of room for you to enjoy yourself.
-Everything in the kitchen area is free to use and food is available within reason
-no smoking, please just walk outside. It's covered.
-not handicap accessible, but the unit is only on floor #2. There is a freight elevator if you need it and I can help if given notice.
