This magnificent, newly-built villa is located in a unique spot of Mahon harbour, on the north bank (Cala Ratolí). It affords fantastic views to the beautiful cove from its lovely, spacious terraces. The bright and spacious interior on two levels comprises five bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms (one en suite), lounge/dining room with spectacular fireplace, main kitchen and extra, smaller kitchen on another level. There is also a sixth bedroom perfect for the service, with a small bathroom with shower. With immaculate décor throughout, this wonderful property boasts all mod cons, including under-floor central heating, air conditioning in the leaving room and main bedroom, and is perfect for living all year round. Fabulous views, together with direct access to Cala Ratolí, make this a unique property.

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, a garbage bag inside each bin, dishwashing detergent, a scourer, and a kitchen cloth. These items are provided for your convenience during the first few days of your stay but are not replenished for the entire duration.
