Piruze, the full floor plan of the apartment was the 1st photo of this listing (impossible to miss it) and I also email you the apartment floor plan via email. And in the apartment description, I use the word, common area and what facility you can find in common area (100% DID NOT USE the word "LIVING ROOM"). So, there is no way that I had mislead you to book this apartment. If you have told me your request about wanting a living room, I would had advise you to change your booking by dividing your group in to 2 x 3 Bedroom Apartment on the same building.
Secondly, like I explained to you in our message/email on your 2nd day stay early morning. The building external flushing water on the street (sea water) supply broken and the HKG govn Water Dept had it fixed within 24 hours and in the same email, I try to teach you how to fill up your flushing tank with shower head.
Thirdly, Piruze only message me on her last night around 12 midnight after her 1st complaint about not having flashing water, about some trash bag blocking her way. I immediately checked the apartment main door camera and found out that no trash at the corridor and also the staircase, I also call the night shift guard to go up and check 9/F, make sure no trash is blocking anywhere and the guard called back and told me he see no trash at all. I had explained to her that the neighbors threw out their rubbish at the staircase every night, the cleaner clear the rubbish every night around 10pm-1am. At that moment, I totally blur why she said got trash blocking her way.
Only at this feedback that I learned that this happened on the 1st night on her arrival. I went back to check my camera apartment main door CCTV recording, the neighbor left 3 rubbish bags next to the rubbish bin and went in the lift (not really blocking the way to the lift, otherwise, how can he got into the lift) and the cleaner remove it around 11pm.
Besides, you emailed me at 11:39pm on your last night stay (3rd night and you are check out on the next day) about ALL TOILETS no flushing water. If you had informed me before 10pm, I was still able to come in and help out to check (my other apartment in the same building all had flushing water, I even call the management office they also confirmed flash water supply resume back to normal) and I told you that I will come the next morning to check. The next day, I already when to your apartment at 9am and check all common bathrooms got flashing water and meet your 3 team members and they said no problem with flushing water and then they told me that you already left and you were staying at 7th Suite with attached bathroom. I went it and found out that this toilet has no have no flushing water supply because you turn off your own room's toilet flushing water valve (just right below the toilet) and didn't turn it back on. In addition, I explained to you that you can fill up the flushing water tank with your shower head within seconds (I even send you a video clip to explain). I am very upset that you still blame is my fault and still insist all toilets not working for 2 days. I don't own the whole building and I don't own the street pipe, no way I can control.
If no fresh water supply, I will immediately move them to other apartment in other building or even let them cancel the remaining nights. But flushing water (sea water) is only a small issue and in addition, easy just to open the tank cover and fill up the tank using the reachable shower head next to the toilet (if not, can just use bucket at the laundry room to fill up the water and manual flush).
FYI, you only informed me the night before your arrival at 9:15pm that one of your guest need early check in at 11am. Turn out, your guest call me 9am informed me that he is at the door and want to check in immediately and I had to rush there to open the apartment and set the apartment door code.
I hope that you can understand that I am trying my best to serve all guests and wish that we could have a better communication. I sure hope that not all guest think that I am a super woman, who can work 24 hours a day and know all the handy work.
Noted to all my future guests who are interested to stay with us: If you encounter any problem, I am definitely trying my best to help. If possible, please inform me whenever you have problem and I can try to fit it asap. During day time, easier for me to arrange handy man to come and fit it. Night time, difficult to find handy man. In addition, even I can find a handy man to come, may not have the spare part to fix it as all shops are closed.
