Welcome to our classic new one story cape cod style Beach House located on historic Faria Beach, minutes away from the historic cities of Santa Barbara, Montecito and Ojai, and also conveniently close to Ventura and Carpenteria's classic boardwalk and beach Villages.
The Beach house, upon entry, opens up to an expansive 180 degree view of the ocean coast and Channel Islands. We are unique in that we have a brand new home which is immaculately clean and offers all the modern conveniences such as a gas fireplace in the living room, complimentary wireless internet, a 40' HDTV and CD player, sparkling new kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets and central heating which make for a very comfortable beach experience.
Our kitchen has an open floor plan, with floor to ceiling windows that look out to the deck and ocean. It is fully equipped and includes all appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, along with all paper and cleaning products and washer and dryer.
The Beach House has three bedrooms. The private master has a king bed with sliding glass doors that take you out to an expansive deck and private hot tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed with half bath and walk out glass doors to the deck and outside shower.
The large ocean front deck accommodates an outdoor shower, BBQ, hot tub and of course, plenty of space to lay out under the California sun with chaise lounges and table and chairs.
Easy access to the beach/sand is provided by a private stairway from the seawall.
Please note, as per the pictures on the website, that there is not a fence between the Beach House and the seawall. The drop off from the top of the seawall to the sand can range from 10 to 15 feet, depending on the tide.
Unlike some of the local beach houses, our Beach House sits on the white sandy beach, which is accessible at all times, except high tide. In addition, 150 yards down is a public beach (Mondo's), that is white and sandy at all times.
In the fall the sunsets and cloud formations are spectacular, producing one of a kind memories. This is a very rare, new and immaculately clean beach house and A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY! One of the best, highest quality, cleanest beach front home on Faria Beach!
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A 6 PERSON MAXIMUM WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Therefore, there can be no gatherings, events, parties, dinners, lunches, BBQ's etc.... beyond this 6 person maximum, at any time during our guests stay. This is strictly enforced in our lease, with a clause whereby the Tenant agrees to the number in the party at the property, at any time during the stay, and if the number exceeds the amount agreed to in the lease, the Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the ENTIRE DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT is subject to loss. In addition, the Tenant agrees that the owner, or owners agent, has the right to come onto the property and shut the event down.
We are sorry to have to be so forceful about this matter, but unfortunately some of our guests have ignored this clause in the lease and have had 'gatherings' beyond the agreed upon number in the lease, causing damage to the property and being a nuisance to our neighbours. If this is your situation, this beach house is not for you.
Our Beach House is a high quality beach house that we do our best to maintain in good condition. One way to do so is to make manage the number in the party and prohibit 'events' at the property. We are also respectful to our neighbors who do not care for events at the home and will let us know immediately if one occurs.
Our Beach House is a unique and rare property intended for those who can appreciate it and appreciate the beach. It is not a house intended for use the use of events or gatherings or groups larger than 6.

Other things to note
15% Tax is to be paid by the guest after the booking confirmation on Airbnb. The guest will receive a separate payment request as soon as the booking is confirmed.
The guest will be asked to pay 15% TOT Tax to the owner directly after booking confirmation as TOT tax is not included in the rental price. Please note that the TOT tax is calculated only on the rental amount (ie.. base price per night) and not on cleaning and other charges.
We own and manage each of our properties. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.
One thing you can be sure of with all of our properties is that they are not for sale. Our competition lists properties that are for sale and therefore cannot guarantee that you will get the property you selected. Or worse, they may opt out of delivering the property you had hoped for entirely. We speak to individuals quite often that call in desperation as they struggle with an inferior replacement property or no property at all. We are in this for the long term and could not afford to conduct business in this way.
We have been in business for 10+ years and plan to be for many more. We have also been a valued member of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce since our inception where you will find us on their website.
We strive to maintain our Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals. There are many fly-by-night operators who are desperate to either sell their property or optimize rents by listing their property as a vacation rental. We offer 7 properties in the Historic West Beach Area, 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to downtown, several on the sand and in Montecito, including a historic and famously published Estate. Our properties range accordingly in price and can accomodate small parties of 1 to 2 pr large parties up to 15. We are happy to help you select the property this is just right for you.
