House on one level, very functional with lots of charm. In the summer, the house expands from a must-see terrace. The pool will bring you freshness safely. Ideal to receive 2 families with children. Close to the historic bastide and shops. The pink city awaits you!

The space
A modern, functional and air-conditioned house with its own secure swimming pool of 9*4*1.45. (not shared) Very nice, especially with its beautiful terrace and beautiful garden, we like to have an aperitif outside. Ideal for 2 families with little ones. It is less than1 km from the center of Granada where you will find all the shops you will need. Don't miss the market under the market on Saturday mornings!!

Note: the outdoor swimming pool is open from June to September, outside this period, it will be "wintered" i.e. not usable.
