Great hospitality and value for money. We arrived late on our first evening and Peter waited for us and was very accommodating. The view from the house is beautiful and we spend most of our day in the lounge area enjoy the view. My family agreed that we will be staying at Godolphin with our next visit to Cape St Francis

Top notch location, waking up to Seals firing. As amazing as the house and space is, its hard to not want to be in the water all day here when the waves are literally on your door step! Huge Lawn for everyone else to sit enjoying the view/braaing etc. Sharon and Peter are the sweetest most hospitable lovely hosts and go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need. Most definitely will be returning to Godolphin on future trips to Cape St Francis! Could not recommend it more!

Fantastic location, particularly if you surf as Seal's break is right in front of the house. Owners live upstairs and can be heard at times, so caution that if you are looking for absolute privacy, but was not a problem for us. Furniture and appliances basic, but everything you need is there, and it's clean. Great hosts.

This spacious, well laid out self catering unit is an ideal place for a beach holiday for a family. With 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms it can handle 2 small families or 1 very large family. The position is perfect! Across the road from the world famous St Francis surf spot. Waves just keep on rolling in. An early morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the waves completes the experience. A very short stroll puts you on the beautiful clean beach, ideal for the whole family. A walk in the other direction has you in the wild side nature reserve. 100 meters up the road takes you to 2 different coffee shops, both with great coffee! Peter and Sharon go out of their way to make sure you enjoy their special part of the world. They give advice on places to eat, areas to visit and will talk about the history of the area. They should know, their family has been involved in this neck of the woods for more than 50 years. I will come again and it's highly recommended!

Retired & love living at Cape St Francis. Beautiful views, great surf, excellent fishing - rock, surf & river. You'll love the outdoor living on the decks, outdoor braai area and great view. Magnificent beach and a walker's paradise. Great restaurants too. Tennis courts, squash courts and two great golf courses.
