I highly recommend staying at Karin's place. It was family-friendly, the place is kept clean and neat, and what comfortable sleeps we had on those beds! Karin made us feel at home and welcomed. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to provide breakfast for everyone before starting our long days on the baseball field! Karin provided french toast, eggs, a variety of homemade granola mixes, coffee and more!

As a person who travels frequently for work, I really enjoyed staying at Karin's place compared to staying at a regular hotel. Karin's house was extremely clean and comfortable, and since no one else was occupying the other rooms I had the whole house to myself. It was really convenient to have a place to cook and store food, and Karin has the kitchen stocked with breakfast items and other necessities. Karin was really easy to communicate with, and her home was extremely clean and homey.

Karin made our stay in Phoenix so much better than it would have been had we stayed in a hotel. The house itself is a very comfortable arrangement, and is quite relaxing and quiet, with regard to its location and its amenities. The living room has nice comfy chairs, and the back patio is great for hanging out on after a long day. We had three people in the master bedroom, all with our own beds because Karin provided us with 2 additional, and very comfortable, air beds to make sure everybody was comfortable. Even considering this, there was still ample space for everyone in the master, it is quite large if you plan on booking it! The kitchen was an excellent part of this house, especially because it was consistently well stocked with basic essentials like eggs, milk, oatmeal, butter, and lots of Karin's homemade granolas! Karin communicated with us regularly to make sure our stay was going well, and during the day when we were out, she would make beds, replace towels, and restock the fridge with essentials. I am so glad that me and my friends chose to stay at Karin's house, it was one of the best decisions I have made all year. I highly recommend choosing to stay at Karin's house!
