30th Floor, immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located on the 30th floor of the Orchid Residences which is in the same resort as the Hilton Surfers Paradise. Absolutely amazing full ocean views, FREE Wifi and FREE secure car parking. Located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, 100's of restaurants with a few minutes walk, beach less than 2 minutes walk, Cavill Mall less than 20 seconds walk, the most central resort on the Gold Coast at Ridiculous Prices.

This ultra-modern hotel apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With the ability to sleep 4, with the option of two additional guests, Apartment 23003 is the perfect holiday hub for vacationing families and friends.

Just meters from Cavill Avenue, the Esplanade, Surfers Paradise Beach and a plethora or restaurants and nightlife options, everything is at guest’s fingertips.

The apartment itself is just as convenient. As a self-contained hotel apartment, guests can enjoy the freedom of having a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge area. The apartment even has a laundry, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer along with an ironing board and iron.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a full-size refrigerator, wall oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher and microwave. All crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

The lounge features large comfortable couches, a flat panel television with a DVD player. The apartment also offers guests free unlimited WiFi. Through floor to floor to ceiling glass doors guests can exit the lounge to a large furnished balcony. Breathe in the fresh coastal breeze and relax whilst enjoying spectacular ocean views.

The bedrooms are just as impressive. The master bedroom is spacious and every bit as luxurious as any 5 star hotel would be. Equipped with a king bed and flat panel TV, guests can enjoy a regal sleep and wake up to ocean views. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and grants guest access to the balcony.

Being situated in a 5 star hotel means guests also have access to all the amenities and facilities of the parent hotel. Guests can enjoy a dip in one of the hotels four pools, relax in the spar and sauna, keep fit in one of the two 24/7 gymnasiums, have a barbeque or enjoy a feed at one of the hotels dining options.

This is the Centre of Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast. If you are coming to the Gold Coast everyone wants to stay as close to Cavill Mall as possible and all our apartments are within a few minutes walk. You can't get more central.
