We had a quick, but great stay at Marlene's place. It is in a great location with walking distance to restaurants. Marlene and Carlos were very kind and accommodating hosts. Their place is the perfect setup for a shared Airbnb place-the private room and bathroom are downstairs, while their living space is upstairs. I would highly recommend staying with them!

Marlene and Carlos are great hosts and their house is just as described. The neighborhood is calm and quiet yet close to the busy city center. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at their place!

The space is nice and cosy. The hosts are helpful and will make you feel ar home. Even the cat is sympathic! The neighbourhood is well located, with markets, coffee shops and buses to anyplace in town. And also very eficient heating system for the room and water. I'd gladly stay here again.

Very comfortable room in a truly beautiful and carefully decorated home, our favourite in 5 months travelling! The shower was hot most of the times and really strong, and the kitchen equipped with all one could ask for. However next to a road where all colectivos to the centre drive every 2min, the house is really quiet and peaceful. It is also very safe, with an array of different keys to come in! Marlène and Carlos are discrete and kind hosts. Everything feels well organized. Only setback to us was the fact that it is about 20/25min away by bus (1,5bs, really cheap) from the centre, as we ended up not really exploring Sopocachi (supposedly a nice neighborhood). But it felt very safe, even at night!
