This spacious, 4-bedroom family friendly home has fabulous views over the harbour and sea beyond.
It is ideally positioned within a few minutes stroll of the shops, cinema, bars and restaurants of Sovereign Harbour, and just four miles away from the wider attractions of Eastbourne.
The house sleeps up to 8 very comfortably. It is perfect for relaxing in the sun, with a patio at the sea side terrace, and a balcony at the opposite side of the house - you can chase the sun around!
This spacious Exclusively Eastbourne family home is set on the seafront promenade in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne, and has wonderful views over the outer harbour to the sea beyond - so you can watch the boats come and go.
A modern, three-storey townhouse (so stairs involved), the house has a decked patio area at the sea side, and another balcony area with seating at the opposite side - so you can chase the sun around the house to suit the time of day.
On the entry floor is an airy, open-plan living space that stretches from front to back. The lounge is at the seaside end and has patio doors opening on to your private decked area, while the kitchen is at the opposite end and leads out to the balcony - so you are bathed in natural light throughout.
A dining area in the middle seats six ordinarily, and can be extended to seat eight.
The galley-style kitchen is well equipped, with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, plus a wealth of pots and pans. The lounge has a large comfy sofa and several armchairs, and there is a cosy fireplace to gather round and a wall-mounted TV if you can drag yourself away from the views.
On the next floor is a beautiful, sea-facing double bedroom with doors opening to a balcony, where you can soak in the views. This bedroom also has a second TV with DVD player.
This floor also has a single bedroom, and a twin bedroom, and then on the top floor is a master bedroom with superkingsize bed (that can be split into two single beds) and an ensuite shower room.
There is driveway parking for one vehicle. WiFi is provided along with all towels and linen. There is a week long minimum stay.
The whole house and patio / balconies are yours to enjoy!

We are a husband and wife team, Carl and Sarah Stanger.
Carl’s background is in marketing, much of it international, which helped feed his love of travel – nicely topping up two separate global backpacking years. Experiencing a diverse mix of swanky but often soulless business class hotels and friendly but basic hostels shapes an opinion of what travellers need and want (and, as importantly, don’t).
Sarah has enjoyed a career in public relations and remains a freelance consultant in addition to roles as mother, director for Exclusively Holiday Homes and chief family organiser.
A shift away from London has many advantages for a young family who love fresh air, the outdoor life and a beach at the end of the road!
