Dirty dishes were left in the sink and there was an open hole in the kitchen leading to the outdoors, that greatly effected the heating system during the cold night. Also the bathrooms were cluttered with their personal products, as well as toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival.
Photos did not accurately show how much clutter was present. Every room was full, including the child's room with an entire wall of toys and a door that could not completely open due to the desk.
Host was very reachable, but we never personally interacted with Kevin. We interacted with multiple family members (after having issues with the power switching off) who spoke little to no English, this made check-in more difficult.
Kevin sent a family member to give us the keys, after we refused to wait until 5:30 pm since we informed him we needed to check-in early a month in advanced. This family member spoke no English, so it was difficult to ask any questions about the property, such as where we could find the dryer (never found it where Kevin told us it was located).
Overall, cheap price goes with cheap property. This apartment was far from the city center so we spent much of our time and money on transportation. Not worth the good value of the property. One major issue was the power shutting off with only a few lights, the fridge, and the boiler plugged in. We had to unplug everything besides the two heaters in order to stay warm at night.
Thirty minute drive from anywhere in the city center, and no simple public transportation to get there. Could not locate open restaurants when we wanted to eat close to the property.
