"We provide everything you'll need" means linens, towels, basic staples, kitchen, beach chair for your stay, not including any of tooth paste, sunscreen, grocery, meal. I apologized not to define "everything" meaning in advanced. This is not five star hotel nor has a nightly rate like a five star hotel. But we do want to provide our guests of value and convenience as the best we can.
Ave asked to check in at 10 am, and I arranged that by having the place ready earlier although the regular check in is at 3 pm. Ave asked for additional detergent and staples and I had them delivered. Ave asked many other things and I eventually had to told her to go shopping and buy yourself. Cleanly, her "everything" means much more than I could satisfy her at the time. Once again, I am willing to provide any convenience as best I can, but not beyond conventional consensus.
