Spacious room available for a single person or a couple which is your own private self contained space at the front of the house. There is a bathroom next door to the bedroom with a shower and a corner bath.
The bed linen are always fresh for all guests and we ensure the rooms are cleaned before your arrival. We aim to greet all guests on arrival and give you your own key so you can come and go as you please. We are close to the hospital so ideal for student nurses that need to sleep in the day.

The space
The room has a private entrance at the front of the house. This leads to a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are both 3.2m x 3.6m and including the hall area you have 30m2 to yourself.
The bedroom has a freeview TV with a DVD player. There is also a kettle and we leave tea and coffee and cutlery in the room for you. We also have towels for the guests to use. There is also an iron and ironing board in the bathroom for you to use if you need.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood down a cul de sac with not much passing traffic. We are at the top of Windmill Hill which is aptly named because our neighbour has a windmill in his back garden that was built in 1671. This is the oldest windmill in Devon.
