For families there is a wealth of local attractions to keep everyone happy or if you're escaping from hustle and bustle there are beautiful beaches, coves, coastal walks or our delightful moors - enjoy!
I've tried to think of everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. The good sized kitchen has direct access onto the enclosed back garden. It has all the modern luxuries you would expect in a brand new house including electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine. The comfortable and cosy lounge has two sofa's and an arm chair, electric fireplace, TV and blue ray player. To complete the downstairs is a cloakroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 is ensuite and has a king size bed, dressing table, triple wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and TV. The ensuite has a toilet, wash basin, shaver point and large shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, double wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and two bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 3 has high quality bunk beds, double wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and one bedside table with lamp. The main family bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and full size bath. Also provided is an iron, ironing board, airer, hair dryer and free wifi. The rear enclosed garden is a good size and is accessible from the kitchen. Two free parking spaces are provided to the rear of the property, just a short walk from the front door. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any more than 2 vehicles and at all times during your stay the parking bays must be used as there is strictly no parking to the front of the house or the nearby street.
The entire house and garden is accessible to the guests.

Other things to note
Please note that this house is on a brand new residential development which is not yet completed. Although building work is still being completed on a separate phase this is in a different area with a separate access.
Unfortunately this property is not suitable for stag or hen parties, please respect the quiet residential area as this house is semi detached. I respectfully ask that you leave the property clean and tidy.
