It has three bedrooms each with en-suite...so perfect for three couples or a family with kids. Jack's Ocean View has a great location - a five minute walk to Werri Beach, or the cafe and restaurant strip of Gerringong is literally only 80 metres away!

** Booking for peak season (mid Dec 2021 to end Jan 2022) **

Changeover day for the coming peak season is Monday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact us at bookings@holidayscollection.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

** Where will I be? **** **

Jack's Ocean View has a great location - a five minute drive to Werri Beach, or the main street of Gerringong is literally only 80 metres away. The Gerringong local shops, on your doorstep, include a bakery, newsagency, IGA, bottle shop, chemist, pizza take away and much more!

Jack's Ocean View is a stylish and comfortable apartment - with fantastic ocean views from a large balcony. It has three bedrooms, each with en-suite - much like a boutique hotel. It is perfect for threecouples or a family who wants extra bathrooms for the kids.

** How is the property laid out? **

Jack's Ocean View has threebedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There are two king rooms and one queen - all with views of the ocean.

The open plan kitchen and living areas are on the ground floor. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all applinces.There is also a combined lounge and dining room that opens up to the balcony and ocean views. Tinted windows afford extra privacy without affecting your view.

The underground garage houses the laundry and internal access to the property.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

** What about outdoors? **

A spacious balcony with magnificent views of Werri Beach and a gas BBQ.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Jack's Ocean View makes the most of a sunny northerly aspect, offering plenty of warmth during winter. There is also ducted air conditioning to keep you cool in summer, or warm in winter.

** Linen - **** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is parking located underneath the townhouse in a double garage with internal access.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, and fournights at Easter or during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
