There are tons of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, tram and subway stations all within a radius of 1 km.
The area has the most active and interesting spots in the city . The Marina/JBR Walk is just within reach. This place is close to Marina Mall, Ibn Batuta Mall & Mall of Emirates and all other high end shopping centers.
Transportation going to the building is made easy. From Dubai International Airport, you can reach the place directly by:
- Dubai Metro/Tram
- Taxi
- Waterbus (Marina Yacht Club)
With Taxi, it will be a 45-minute ride with roughly around 100 aed(20 - 25 euros).
With the public transportation, take the Red Line of the Metro from Dubai Airport going to UAE Exchange. Get off at Damac Properties Metro Station and take the connecting tram going to Al Sufouh. Get off at Mina Seyahi Tram Station. And voila! you are just a minute walk away from the building!

hi, i guess if you have gotten this far, means pics have passed the visual check and now you want to make sure people there are nice too.. well.. i am an engineer by profession! but after spending 5 years ( for a degree of 4 yrs ) and insistence of my teachers to QUIT, i decided to do MBA and try my luck in business.. wooo.. it worked!! i love water and water sports.
