The place is very lovely but secluded. Very good value, compared to anything you can find in the Barrosa Valley. Place is in the middle of nowhere, so make sure you don't have a phobia of werewolves before booking it.

Kate's hospitality during our stay went above and beyond. Her cottage was homely and cozy, with extra attention such as breakfast supplies, and a bottle of champers on arrival! Fantastic rural setting, waking up to the sound of farm life made for a peaceful get away! Kate the host had excellent knowledge of the local area particularly best coffee spots and wineries. The useful box set up by her children was fantastic for that late night chocolate craving! Will be definetly coming back!

The cottage is in a gorgeous location on a farm amongst grape vines. A warming fire inside is welcoming & you can also light the outside fire. Kate's thoughtful personal touches were appreciated by us & the kids. The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen has everything you need. I will be recommending this to anyone wishing to stay in the Barossa. Thanks Kate!

Friendly, accommodating wife and mum, who loves getting to know people from all over the world! I'm very excited about hosting with AirBNB! I've always hosted visitors from all over Australia and the World, so you can be assured you'll enjoy your time with us!
I enjoy reading, learning new things, meeting people, costume and theme parties, a relaxing brandy or a wine on our front steps watching the sun go down over the vineyards, rolling hills and forest that is the view from our house. I also love jigsaws, playing cards and board games, and watching my children do whatever activity they are doing!
As for music, I'm pretty well stuck in the 70's and 80's! But I don't mind a bit of country, and my kids make sure I'm up to date with the newest pop rock!
My life motto: Enjoy life in the company of your family and friends - and you will always be happy.
