Entire, one story house. Fully stocked 2 BR/1 Bath home. Swimming 24 hours (unheated). Open floor plan w/ an updated kitchen, large granite bar, stainless appliances and bistro table and bar stools. Queen bed in master bedroom with sitting area and 32" Smart TV with cable; bunkbeds in 2nd bedroom (full on bottom and twin on top). Spacious living room with large TV with cable and Chromecast. Offstreet private driveway for parking several vehicles. Enjoy every type of coffee: Keurig coffee machine, French Press, coffee grinder and espresso machine. Sip your coffee by the pool or in front sitting area. Jawbone mini Bluetooth speaker in house. Bring mini jawbone speaker outside or enjoy the stereo system outside. Oversized jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower in the master bath. Hang out on the large deck in fenced backyard with an unheated swimming pool (back yard and pool shared w/ host's house next door). Or enjoy the large front yard with wrought iron rockers. Perfect for business travelers, small families or friends! Great location! Laundry facility, swimming pool multiple decks all in enclosed backyard. Guests have their own sitting area behind the home with new Tommy Bahama cooler for all of your drinks. Guests also have sitting area in private front yard area. Access to the swimming pool is 24 hours! Owner has one dog. Guests have complete access to backyard and swimming pool as well as fully stocked washer and dryer. Offstreet parking for 3 cars in driveway in front of home.

The home has central AC and heating, offstreet parking for three cars, private sitting area and large front yard, shared pool and multiple deck area with home next-door. Queen bed in master bedroom and bunkbeds in 2nd bedroom (full mattress on bottom and twin on top) and sofa, recliner, writing desk office chair as well as love seat in living room. The laundry room is fully stocked and includes a washer and dryer and folding area. It is located in a separate room outside with 24 hour access. Owner has one dog who stays primarily inside with owner.
