Modern first floor apartment sleeping up to 4 guests has been furbished to a high quality. The apartment is located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park.

The space

Access to the apartment is via a communal entrance and stairway, the flat is on the first floor.

The properties spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area is equipped with 2 x 2 seater sofas and a feature chair and foot stool, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, free Wi-Fi internet access and an iPod dock. There are 2 sets of French doors both opening to juliette balconies. The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with electric double oven/grill and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and nespresso machine, microwave and all essential crockery, pots and pans. There is a utility room which has a sink, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and hair dryer. The second bedroom is a twin room and has fitted wardrobes.

The property has underfloor heating throughout with temperature control in each room.

Outside there is a bike lock up area and shared outside garden and drying facilities.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note

All bed linen and towels (1 bath and 1 hand towel per person) are included in the price.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

A travel cot (own bed linen required) & high chair are available.

We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival.

Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay.
