Newly renovated ,2 bedroom unit in a centrally located complex.large swimming pool set in park like gardens on the banks of the St Lucia Estuary.

The space
This unit has secure parking right outside the front door of the unit. It comprises of two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and one includes a single bunk bed above the double bed . The lounge area is open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a dining area as well 2 couches, one of which is a sleeper couch. The bathroom has a toilet , basin and shower.
The lounge area is air conditioned and the rooms have fans .
There is a private patio with a table and chairs as well as a barbecue

The complex boasts a 23 m pool with barbecue facilities which are open to all guests
