We had a great time, and the place was really nice and clean. Dwayne was very accommodating and was there whenever I need him.

Dwayne wants to provide a great stay for his guests! We had a couple of small communication issues but all in all, a good stay. Take note that the location of the place requires either a 15 minute walk to French Quarter or a car ride. Our taxi driver also recommended that we not walk there at night but we felt safe doing so.

Response from Dwayne:
Sorry Michael for the mix up , the Vodka was left as you know by mistake by the last guest , as we do provide water . All you had to do was request cream as I would have given you . As I stated earlier we usually provide only the space , and utensils or any requested items because most people request things as gluten free organic etc . Skim milk or designer creams like coffee mate . I did appreciate your selecting us for your visit and wish to host you again . I know you appreciated all we did . Oh and you know the driver probably suggested that to get himself some business, as I recommend the transit system it's the best value although we offer loaner bikes at no charge . You're always welcome .

This property had a true N'awlins vibe to it. Close to many venues and locations popular with tourists, but still nestled into a slowly improving neighborhood. A great balcony to enjoy at times a peaceful courtyard and at other times the true sounds of the city. 3 minutes to the St. Charles streetcar line was truly a plus.......arrive by cab if returning late night and not completely comfortable with city neighborhoods.

It's 8 mins from the quarter, THEY HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER, that you will come to love. The house was seconds away from a gas station that fit most of our needs.. the walkway to the house makes it feel like your walking through an old French courtyard.. I would definitely love to stay again.
