You’ll love my place because of the clean modern interior design and ambiance set amongst Brisbane's first heritage buildings. Its kept impeccably clean at all times.

Modern, single level spacious air conditioned apartment with natural cool breezes, queen-sized bed, modern bathroom, moderately equiped kitchen, living area, balcony and courtyard with FREE secure parking for one vehicle.

The complex is a mixture of long term residences and short term holiday/corporate rentals, thus my unit is generally more suited to younger couples as the coming and going of short terms guests can often be heard. If you are someone that requires 100% peace and quite and at times, my place may not be suitable for you.

9 mins walk to CBD centre and within reasonable walking distance to the majority of South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley and CBD attractions and venues.

Guest access

Access to the entire apartment including, front balcony, rear private courtyard, common area and secure off street secure parking.

There are stairs involved in accessing the apartment from the front. Secure Parking backs directly onto your rear private courtyard. No stairs required.

I am easy to contact by phone, email or Airbnb. Please ALWAYS contact me direct for all issues. Dont contact the onsite managers. Your mobile number will be added to my favourites during your stay for any emergencies.

Please note the complex maintains a strict no parties by-law.

There's no onerous rules here - we're all grown ups and know how to behave.

Smoking ONLY outside on front balcony. The apartment complex is relatively quiet and noise does travel. If you have guests, please be respectful of others in the complex again no parties.

Please Ensure glass sliding doors are closed when leaving the apartment.

Please ensure you return all keys & fobs when checking out. $100 will be deducted from your deposit for each set of lost keys.

The apartment is very well located and extremely comfortable. Quiet, beautifully furnished and a very comfortable bed. No stairs from carpark to apartment - great access!! Highly recommend this apartment if you want to be within walking distance of the city but feel like your at home.

Great apartment, great location, easy walk to the river and the CBD. Also very close to Roma Parkland gardens which are stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
