This stylish one bedroom apartment is situated on the 11th floor and is filled with an abundance of natural light. It faces the lush leafy grounds of historic Melbourne High School and from the balcony, you can take in stunning panoramic city views.
Step into this well appointed apartment furnished in a mix of contemporary and classic styles. Feel at home with a 40" plasma, DVD and iPod docking station. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with stone bench tops and outfitted with Bosch appliances with all cooking utensils and crockery provided.
Deluxe bedroom with queen size bed fitted with luxury linen. It has a sparkling luxury appointed bathroom with a European laundry.
You will also have access to the stunning communal facilities which consist of entertaining deck, lap pool and winter lounge. Also a gym.
If required, parking is available at $25 for 4 nights. For 5 nights and over, parking is $7 per night. This can be paid in cash on arrival. The car park is off site in Daly St, 3 min walk away. (This is where I would meet you if you require parking)
Wi-fi- I'm happy to provide you with a Telstra mobile connection and leave it up to you to pay for the plan you'd like from the Telstra store just up the road. There are cheaper wi-fi options locally with several internet cafes that offer cheap rates. Should you require parking or wi-fi please let me know in advance.
I will personally greet you on your arrival and give you a familiarization.
I'll advise you and help on all things Melbourne- shopping, attractions, Melbourne lane way restaurants, how to get where and what to do! Ask and I'll help.
Just a short stroll away are Toorak Road and Chapel Street with a mix of designer fashion boutiques, restaurants and cafes. My only simple prerequisite is that you leave the apartment spotless. My prices are fantastic in the hope that I have little cleaning to do and you look after my gorgeous apartment like it was your own. If you're ok with that then we'll get on famously.
The central business district is a 10 minute tram or train ride away and home to Melbourne's Art precinct. Sporting arenas The MCG, Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne are all nearby. A 20 minute walk takes you to the Botanical Gardens. The Prahran Market is also nearby with its huge selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce.
Access to all facilities- Pool, social common areas.
Off limits only if Body Corporate posts new rules or areas are under repair.
Interaction with guests
As much as required, happy to help and guide you to all things Melbourne.
It's an important pre-requisite that no guests other than the two of you are in the apartment. These are residential buildings and neighbours will complain when there are people coming and going. It's a fine balance so please let me make it clear that any form of gathering will result in instant cancellation of your booking. The building has a zero tolerance with this and it well monitored.

Please leave the apartment as you found it, respect the apartment like you would your own leaving it neat and tidy. Particular attention to maintaining a spotless cooktop after use.
Deposit of 50% non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The balance of the rental amount must be received in full upon arrival or prior.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to reallocate you due to unforeseen circumstances to an apartment of equal quality and standard.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for next guests unless you confirm otherwise.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in instant termination. Noise will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
