First off all thank you for staying at WOJOS.
The water heater is electrical ,once you open the water and turn to hot it will be real hot,it will last hot until you finally turn it off the water.The hotspot from tmobil that you use can be view from a reasonable distance and it was left on the nightstand for your (Website hidden by Airbnb) works fine.The hotspot only has to be on to work and password were provided to you.You call the property manager several times and myself on the check in date and we answer all your questions.
The matter with your phone company is out of our control.I personally verify before I go on my vacations that my air flight is on time and schedule,that my telephone company will be available at my destination and call my financial institution to activate or not block my credit cards on cities that I will visit.This is what I call a due diligence.
The alarm system of the back house is out of our control.If you have to drive to call us
please complain with your telephone (Website hidden by Airbnb) is very unfair to blame us for that issue.The safety of our guests is very important to us if you have any issues with the alarm of the house you should contact us,you had the manager and myself phone number.There are beaches for snorkeling,for swimming and for surfing in Isabela.
Please refer to the photos in our listing that were taking in Jobos Beach,Walking distance from our house,with areas for swimming,snorkeling and surfing.
The water heater ,wifi and TV were working properly.We have contractors to take care of problems in the house.Unfortunately your phone did not work good as you mention,
thats out of our control.
We had special considerations allowing you to stay for only two nights even when our listing clearly stay 3 nights as a minimum stay.Also you call me at almost 9:00 P.M. in friday night regarding some issues with you car and we immediately made the arrangement to help you.We call you back and you never reply until next day.
As previously mention the safety and enjoyment of our guests is a serious matter for WOJOS.
We feel very disappointed with your review. Please contact your telephone company
and let them know your problems with your signal .The communications problems
was only with your phone.We provided you with good wifi and our telephones have strong signal.
