Set above beautiful Stein, 20 Lochbay offers stunning views towards the Outer Hebrides. Two private rooms are available (Bedroom 1 is also on Air BnB) with a very generous continental breakfast, including daily home-baking. We are a short walk from The Stein Inn, and the Michelin Starred 'Lochbay Restaurant. Nearby attractions include Skye Skynes, Trumpan Church, Dunvegan Castle, Three Chimneys Restaurant, Talisker distillery, Neist Point, Old Man of Storr, the Faerie Glen and the Faerie Pools.

Fabulous rural setting with views of Outer Hebrides from elevated situation overlooking Stein conservation village. Pub/Inn (open all year) and quality seafood restaurant (Open Mar - Sep) with 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Walking/hiking, cycling from door & diving/boat trips nearby. Wide open spaces. Traditional crofting environment - Owners have 10 sheep on their croft along with 2 pigs. Abundance of wildlife - white tailed eagles and buzzards regularly seen soaring above house.

Hi there, I moved to Waternish after years of dreaming about living on Skye. I love the outdoors and am a keen hiker. I also love animals and have a lovely gentle dog called Roobarb, 11 sheep (all named) and 2 Kune Kune pigs called Lucy and Linus, who have bags of personality! I enjoy meeting people from around the world and hearing about their culture, customs and lives.
