Perfect for large families, family reunions and get togethers this split level home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to offer comfort, style and everything you need for the perfect getaway.
Complete with big tropical pool and fully fenced back yard, you can also bring the dog!

This is an older style, traditional Queenslander home which has been beautifully maintained throughout.
New furniture, comfortable beds and modern appliances make this a lovely home away from home.
You will be extremely comfortable here!
This home is also ideal for corporate groups and business travellers offering plenty of table space and free wifi.
Large groups are also welcome.

House Rules
No smoking
No parties or events
Check in is anytime after 2PM

IMPORTANT: Strictly NO Parties or Events are allowed at this house unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed with Julie.

SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house or on any areas of the balcony or front porch.
If you are a smoker please do so outside and use the sand buckets provided for the butts in the locations they are in.
Please be respectful and don't litter the gardens or pool area with cigarette butts.

CLEANLINESS: Please clean up after yourselves.
Remove all litter from the house and kitchen bins and put in the green bins provided.
If your stay is only a night or two, litter can be placed in the kitchen bins provided and we will remove it for you.

SHOES: Stiletto heals are not to be worn anywhere inside the house at all, there are polished floor boards that will become damaged straight away.
It is preferable that shoes are not worn inside the house at all.

BEDS: When making your booking please let us know how many people will be coming and how many beds you would like made up.

POOL: Do not bring glass into the pool area.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Please be respectful of the neighbours with noise and music.

LEAVING THE HOUSE: Check out is 10am.
When its time to check out please make sure the house is locked. Put keys back into the lock box and scramble the code.
Remove all rubbish from the house and put in the green bins
Put all towels in the bathroom for easy collection.
Don't worry about stripping beds, we'll take care of that for you.
Turn off air conditioners, lights and fans.

PETS: Prior permission is needed if you want to bring a pet.
Your pet is to remain outside only unless you have prior permission to keep it indoors.
Please clean up after your pet - remove all waste in plastic bags and put into the green bin.
Please don't forget to take your pets items home with you, we would hate for your pet to be deprived of their things.
If your pet does any damage - such as digging or chewing please let us know so that we can work together to rectify it.

DAMAGES: Accidents do happen and most things can be sorted out easily and quickly. Please let us know of any damage and we can work together to rectify it.

This traditional Queenslander is huge, plenty of room for families or a larger group. Great backyard and easy to check-in. Thanks for the stay guys

We were a group of 17 people. We were nicely welcome by Kerry. She gave us lots informations about this lovely house and what we can do in Cairns. It is well located in a charming neighborhood. But one bathroom was unavailable for a couple of days and I think the house is not suitable for more than 12 people.

Great place for a bunch of mountain biker friends to stay. A nice big house with plenty of space, comfy beds & good kitchen. Short drive to the shops and the ferry terminal. The mountain biking in cairns was good and the snorkelling at Green island was fantastic.

I highly recommend the house at Parramatta Park. It's a classic Queenslander style home, simple and practical and easily slept our two families - 11 of us in total. Paul and Julie were a great help, providing us with some basic food items and extra towels for swimming and our early check-out was no problem. We would have loved to stay longer to discover more of the Cairns region - our day on the reef was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Australia. Thanks again for a great stay.

Jane, our host, was perfect: efficient, responsive and kind. The property is recent, luxurious and well equiped. We were 12 people in the house (10 adults and 2 children): it's possible but, if you want to live in good conditions, consider this is a 4 double rooms house.
