Welcome to our studio unit located right across the NAIA Terminal 3. It is inside a gated condominium located in the vicinity of Newport City which houses Newport World Resorts, The Marriott Hotel, Manila Hilton, Sheraton Manila, Newport City Mall and many other establishments. It has direct access to NAIA Terminal 3 via the modern bridgeway known as Runway Manila. It's a comfortable 6-8 minutes walk.
Wifi is fast and reliable and is perfect for work-from-home set-ups.

The space
My place is a studio-type unit at Two Palm Tree condominium located across the NAIA terminal 3, in a highly-secure neighborhood. The unit is completely furnished with basic necessities and equipment for cooking and dining. There are lots of options for dining and leisure at the Newport World Resorts which is a short walk away. For those who wish to relax at the property, you may use the pool. The place fits two adults comfortably and can accommodate a maximum of four persons using the sofa bed and extra mattress.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present their IDs at the gate.
