Quiet neighborhood with trees and garden backyard. Nice old house on a gentle hillside. 7 miles to SeaTac airport. Near Lincoln park and Fauntleroy ferry. Great restaurants, ie. Asian food, pizza and legendary taco truck. Glassblowing studio in garage.

The space

Beautiful outdoor claw foot tub surrounded by river rock. If you are interested in taking a bath under the stars, let me know in advance and I will get it ready for you.

Guest access

Guests will have access to clean shared kitchen, living room, bathroom. Coffee/Expresso maker. Wifi. Driveway parking. Private peaceful backyard with beautiful river rock clawfoot tub for outdoor bathing experience. Fresh vegetables in the summer.

Interaction with guests

I live in a room in my 3 bedroom house and often work from home in the glassblowing studio. In the warmer months I live in a tiny house/furnished shed in the back yard. I have 2 roommates... 1 lives in a room in the house with his 2 small, friendly dogs. Another lives in one of the cabins on the property. They are both glass artists who work in studio and are respectful of the peaceful space I have created here.

Very nice guest who drove me to the airport in the early morning for free. Perfect place if you have an early flight.

I enjoyed my stay at Cam's. He's awesome guy. If you're looking to stay somewhere at an economical price, this is the place. This location is located near several bus stops. Lyft is also an option. More of a family friendly neighborhood. After checking out, Cam even offered me a ride to the airport.

Cam is a great host - mellow and very communicative. The room is a good value for Seattle, especially if you want to stay close to the airport or South Seattle Community College. It's a bit outside of downtown. Great yard, comfortable neighborhood, and easy parking.

Cam was great regarding communication, I got almost instant responses with all questions. Everyone in the house was very friendly. Two funny little dogs and they are quiet at night, didn't bother me at all. Clean, comfortable bedding.

Cam was super welcoming and helpful for our stay. He allowed us to check in a bit later than typical and gave us a tour of his workshop (he's a fantastic glass artist. ) His home was inviting and not too far from the 131 bus line.

Cam was very friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home during our 3 night stay. We were thankful for a late-night check in and enjoyed a tour of his creative space--he's talented! Enjoyed meeting the roommates, watching Cam blow glass, and even got to try it out!
