Luxury open concept just 40 mins from Ottawa. 220 ft of private waterfront, enjoy an outdoor fire by the water. Tour the lake in a kayak, or just sit and relax in the sun and unwind in the 6 person hot tub. South facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day and watch it set behind the mountain while sitting on the dock. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and a large granite island to gather for meals.
Winter! Skating, snowshoeing, skiing. all close at hand. AWD vehicle a must.

The space
Excellent swimming off the dock.

The Master suite is a loft which enjoys a full lake vista. Queen Bed, Full bath with soaker tub, and washer/dryer. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Main floor has open concept living area with fireplace. A beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and a large granite island to gather for meals. Main floor also has a bedroom with a double size sofa bed. There is a full bath with large walk in shower.

On the lower level there is a sitting area and a queen size Murphy bed. There is a powder room and access to the hot-tub deck.

There is a large screened room with sitting area and a fabulous view of the lake. Room is always nice and cool and "BUG FREE"!. There are stairs all the way down to the lake
