Perched on the 2nd floor, this unique, completely renovated apartment is located in the historic Casa de Anza building near downtown Ventura. This three story brick structure of Spanish and Mediterranean revival architecture is one of the beautiful buildings in Ventura. Home to 14 apartments and the Ventura Avenue library it has been completely updated, including an elevator, laundry room, and covered parking. The apartment is very spacous and private. Large windows offer amazing sunset views. The kitchen is fully loaded with built-in gas range, oven,microwave, 19 cubic foot fridge, granite counter tops, stainless steel cooking ware, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster and olive oil spices and more. separate.The bedroom has a king size bed with 500 count linen. There is a deep cast iron tub in the bathroom for soaking or showering. In the living room there is a 50-inch smart TV, blue tooth sound bar, WiFi, NETFLIX, HULU Premium, and ample seating for entertaining. loads of mood lighting features and much more. The a designated parking space in the restricted access garage . Two bicycles are available for your use. You can walk or bike to all the restaurants, shops, groceries, theaters, and the beach. There is also a common outside patio area at the back of the building with a gas BBQ if you want to barbecue.

Upon your arrival you will have keys and access code to provide access to the the building, apartment, garage and bikes. The building and garage both have restricted access. There will be a garage entrance key, and remote for your use of the garage spot.

There is handicap parking in front of the building. There is usually ample street parking if you prefer to park outside.
If no one is checking in on the same day as your checkout, you are welcome to a late checkout. Feel free to ask. We are happy to accommodate

Within a 500 feet of the building there are two grocery stores, meat markets a popular donut shop, liquor store, two Mexican food stands, all family owned. The Avenue Library is on the first floor of the building. The Bell Arts Center and the Senior Center are within two blocks.
We are just 1.2 Miles to downtown and 1 mile to the beach.

There is plenty of free parking downtown. There is also access to two bikes: one large male silver mountain bike, as well as, a red mountain bike suited for a woman. They are locked together in the garage, in which you have access to.
Using Uber and taxis are very easy here. Also the train station is very close.

Had a great time staying at Davids place. The location was walking distance to main street for food and thrift shopping and close to the beach. Having access to bicycles was an awesome edition and the overall vibe of the apt was very chill. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make full meals. Would definitely stay again.
