Located between the popular holiday resort of Forte dei Marmi and Cinquale, Versilia, Villa Ilaria is a prime location. It is set in a quiet residential area just a few steps from the beach and the central square of Cinquale where there are all sort of services.
This villa is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays by the sea, or a group of friends who want to enjoy the Versilia’s nightlife.

The space

The Villa Ilaria is surrounded by a private garden once a week manicured by a trusted gardener. The Villa is overlooked by two pergolas where you can eat to fresh air and enjoy the barbeque. Outside there is also a laundry room with shower.
On the ground floor there is the living room, a small room service with a bathroom, the dining room and a full accesorized kitchen with an access to the pergola.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms: a twin bedroom (if necessary can be transformed into a double bedroom), a bedroom with two bunk beds (3 single bed, 1 queen bed), a double and a queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the attic floor there is the master bedroom with a balcony, a lounge with a sofa bed and one more bathroom.

Il mondo è un libro, se non viaggi, ne leggerai soltanto una pagina!
I grew up in Prato a medieval tuscan town famous for textile industries; located at just 20 minutes from Florence and 45 minutes from tuscan coast.
I studied architecture at the Florence university and at the universidad politecnica de Valencia. Now i live in Milan for work, but it takes me 90 minutes to reach Florence by train so i come quite often. I love Tuscany, his rolling hills full of nature, the beaches, the historical cities: is really a magical place!
I love music, architecture and good food of course!
I think the most enjoyable thing in life is to meet people, and exchange cultural richness. :) I love to learn new languages, and to experience new places.
Even though my biggest passion is to ski since I was 4 years old.
Well this is what I'm and what i like.
What about you? Are you a good guest? :P
