This listing is for TWO luxury dwellings, professionally cleaned after each stay and on the same property. Together, they sleep up to 16 guests. They can be accessed separately if required or they open up to each other using a gate in the garden. It is the perfect property to stay at if you have a large family/friends gathering or for wedding groups!

3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Extra guests beyond base price of 12 is an additional $30 each guest per night. Children over 3 years old are an additional $20 per night.
The front house is referred to as FRONT HOUSE 1. The rear house is referred to as REAR HOUSE 2.

FRONT HOUSE 1
4 large double bedrooms with
2 x ensuites and 1 main bathroom.
3 Bedrooms with a queen bed each. 1 bedroom with a double and single bed.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a large, luxury ensuite/wet room, bedroom 3 has a small ensuite, and bedrooms 1 + 2 share a bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
All beds are made up with beautiful high quality white cotton sheets/bedding and come with soft fluffy white towels and washers.
A wooden cot can be made up on request, with a high-chair and toys supplied also. Children are welcome.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / THE KITCHEN
Wonderful open-plan kitchen to cook in and stocked with all the kitchen essentials.
SMEG 900mm wide oven/gas stove top, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine + pods, Bosch dishwasher, clever fold-out pantry, rice cooker, utensils, saucepans, fry pans etc.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / LOUNGE AREA
Living space with lots of wooden sash windows and double French doors which open out onto a side garden and lovely rear deck. 2 x leather lounges which seats 5, and 2 x arm chairs. Large 40" Full HDTV with FOXTEL Platinum package, WIFI/Cable Internet.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / OUTDOOR AREA
French doors in living area open up onto a deck, which has a Ziegler and Brown BBQ, and gorgeous leafy garden landscaped with established natives and fruit trees (olives, apple etc) and grassed areas – your own little oasis complete with a hammock and an outdoor dining table with benches and outdoor chairs to relax on.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / HEATING + COOLING
Hydronic heating in the bedrooms and living area makes the house lovely and toasty in winter. Air conditioner in main living area and fans in all rooms.
FRONT HOUSE 1 / LAUNDRY
Located at rear of front house for both houses.
Access to a large commercial washing machine, portable clothes line with pegs and gas dryer.
REAR HOUSE 2
Literally just finished. Architect-designed with oak floor boards, wool carpet, high ceilings, high-end finishes and fittings.
REAR HOUSE 2 / BEDROOMS
2 bedrooms with queen beds (Bedroom 1 is upstairs, Bedrooms 2 and 3 downstairs). Bedroom 3 with 2 x single custom made wall hung beds (pics to come soon once they are installed early/mid Feb 2015). Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
Top storey has the main bedroom, luxury ensuite and living area. Features amazing curved ceilings and walls, high end fittings and finishes.
All beds made up with beautiful white cotton sheets, hotel quality pillows and luxury coverlets/bedding.
We provide quality high end shampoo and conditioner for use during your stay.
REAR HOUSE 2 / LIVING AREA
Surround sound system, 65" Smart TV with Foxtel Platinum package, WIFI/Cable Internet, super large comfy King Furniture lounge, custom joinery and beautiful cushions.
ACCESS FOR REAR HOUSE 2 / OUTDOOR AREA
Access can be via the front house or lane down side of front house. There are steps that go down into the rear property which also has a lovely landscaped courtyard area.
Guests will have access to the front and rear house. The garage area in the rear house is not currently available for guest use.
LAUNDRY / Located at rear of front house.

FOXTEL PLATINUM PACKAGE + CABLE INTERNET
Access for both dwellings.
Stocked with a lot of baking basics for guest use during your stay. Please do not remove pantry items upon vacating the house.
Guests will be provided with a pin code for both the FRONT and REAR property entry doors. We supply you with our contact numbers in the event you need to contact us at any time and are available 24/7. We are more than happy to help with any suggestions/information you may need during your stay in Melbourne and also provide lots of booklets/flyers and books which offer up to date and helpful suggestions.

Other things to note
One small thing to note is that the back house backs onto the train line and whilst guests don't see this as a problem we want to make sure you're aware that is some noise as a result. We have slept before in the house and had no issue with this however some may find it distracting!
The Yellow Door has a strict 'No Smoking' policy indoors. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in the bond being withheld.
Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times as due to the popularity of the house we often have back to back bookings and require enough time to replenish, re-organise and clean the house.
Early check-in and late check-outs may be possible depending on the calendar and will incur an additional cost.
This house is strictly not to be used as a party house. Please do not book this house if this is your intention. Any evidence of it being used as such will result in immediate termination of the stay and the bond withheld.
In staying at The Yellow Door, you agree to keep moderate noise/voice levels at all times, respect the neighbours and refrain from playing loud music at night.
Please do not remove any shampoo, conditioner, body wash or hand soap from the property. We prefer to provide a superior product for our guests that creates less wastage, therefore any items removed will need to be paid for in full so we can replace them. Please ensure that all towels and electricals are accounted for prior to your departure as any that are missing will be deducted from your security deposit. Additionally, if you could kindly leave the TV's in the same state that you found them in (connected) - if this is not the case, it will result in a deduction from your security deposit.
