The pool is surrounded by 8 sunbeds where you can sunbathe enjoying a cocktail. There is a furnished porch with a BBQ and a terrace with a ping-pong table. If you look for a house with a total privacy, this is a right one. It is worth emphasizing that a solar energy system is installed in the house.
In an air-conditioned living-dining room with a fire place you can read a book, watch a satellite TV or a DVD. The kitchen with a gas plate is equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. There a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The house offers three light bedrooms, all have a wardrobe. One bedroom has a double bed and is located on the ground floor, two other bedrooms with twin beds are on the 1. floor. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. All bedroom have fans for hot months and a central heating for cold months. There are two bathrooms with shower which are located on each floor.
Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita beaches are famous for their incredible sunsets and white sand. These areas are full of bars and restaurants with a typical Majorcan cuisine. Es Trenc beach is one of the best beaches on the island and is 20km away. Other beautiful beaches are Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo or Porto Colom.
