My place is located on the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort and is close to nightlife, resort transportation, and the city center approximately a 5 to 10 minute drive. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Dianna's home is beautiful, even better than the pics. The staff at Copala were extremely nice and very helpful. We had no issues getting around the city or getting in contact with Dianna and the Copala staff. My trip was great and the house played a huge part in that.

Diana is lovely and her home is very beautiful. There is no shuttle to the sister Pueblo Bonito Resort in downtown, so expect to pay for cabs.

Response from Dianna:
Thanks Emma for the kind comments about my home and me. I wanted to clear up the misunderstanding about the shuttle service to the sister property located downtown. There is a shuttle service and has been one for many years. I have taken it several times and it runs every day on the half hour from 8am to 10 pm at night. There is also a shuttle service for the Copala neighborhood that takes you throughout the resort and will drop you at the sunrise cafe where you can take the bus shuttle to the sister property. As I tried to explain to you when we spoke the shuttle service is not a private service that you can beckon at will. There are limited seats on the bus shuttle to the sister property and you have to make a reservation for a specific time and date to take the shuttle. This is particularly true during peak times like spring break when the resort is near capacity. I believe the concierge from Copala came by the house to explain how everything works and encouraged your group to make a reservation at least 24hrs in advance since there were 9 people in your party. The shuttle service provided by Copala is slow and as owners we have complained and asked them to increase staff to provide more timely service, however there is a shuttle service. Based on the confusion from your rental I have undated my welcome packet to explain in more detail how the service works in order to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
