The space
NOT SUITABLE FOR QUARANTINE. Please be aware that I am not a guest house, hostel or hotel. It is a family home. The shared bathroom (with underfloor heating) has shower, bath and toilet and is situated DOWNSTAIRS. 10 metres away from the bedroom.

The newly decorated Double bedroom comprises of 1 double bed, easy chair, small fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities and snacks, wi-fi, large TV with Free-view channels, desk, alarm clock, large wall mounted mirror, dressing gown, bed linen, bath sheets and hand towels included, sewing kit, hairdryer, first aid kit, a fan, clothes hanging facility with hangers.

There is no lock on the bedroom door. I do not enter the room whilst a guest is in residence. Make sure you shut the bedroom door properly.

Due to COVID restrictions a light self service breakfast will be placed in your bedroom - porridge, fruit, nuts and raisins, biscuits, sweets, tea, coffee, squash, (I do not cook breakfast)

There is no access to the kitchen for cooking. However there is a small microwave in your room so you can heat up micro meals.

A parking permit is required. I can get you one at an additional cost of £1.50 a day. Payable at check in.

Welcome to my listing. So happy you have found this little corner of Air B+B. I am a retired mobile hairdresser who fell into hosting when I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer and could no longer work. I live with three rescue dogs- Bambi a Jack Russell, Evie a mixed breed and Flash a Labrador/Springer mix. During my married life, my husband and i looked after a pack of 12 rescued German Shepherd dogs. Fueled by my passion for dogs i know run small dog training classes each week from my home.

During your stay

One owner and two small rescue dogs live here and one Labrador/Springer mix. The little ones have been badly abused in their past lives so need a little time to get to know you. The lab mix is a new addition, she was going to be shot as she didn't make the grade as a gun dog. I do not leave them loose whilst I have guests so you are free to move around my home anytime you wish . Please shut the bedroom door properly. If you would like to meet the dogs please let me know.

Please message me when you are close to arriving at my home to enable me enough time to put the dogs away in my bedroom so that you can have easy access into my property.

You are required to leave the property EACH morning before 9am with no return till 6pm every evening. As my dogs are shut away, sometimes from 6pm, they have the run of the house during the day when you are not here. Please message me when you are close to my home so I can put the dogs away.
