Beautiful 2 bed apartment near to the sea. The property is superbly finished in a great location with beautiful Nice sea views from the terrace. It is ideally located on the second row of the famous Promenade des Anglais just 50m from the beach.

The space
This property would be a perfect place from which you could base your vacation in Nice. The apartment benefits from air conditioning ideal for those hot summer weeks and geating for the cooler months. Located on the 4th floor with access to a modern style lift gives the splendid views out into the bay and across the front of Nice itself from your own private balcony. Grocery stores are yards away, as is a beautiful bakery for those fresh croissants and bread every morning! There is an excellent bus and bike service with the stops right outside the apartment if you want to venture further still.
