This three-storey house provides a modern, yet comfortable home for your holiday. After a full day of leisure activities and sunshine, you can relax in the luminous living room, with a movie on DVD or satellite TV, listening to some music or just enjoying a coffee in front of the fireplace. The living room leads to the independent kitchen, which counts with a dining area, an induction hob and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal during your stay. Both the living room and the dining kitchen have full-size windows with access to the patio. There, you will find another dining table. The house counts with 4 bedrooms. One of them is situated on the ground floor and counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board: very practical, especially for longer holidays.
The stairs lead you to the two interconnected bedrooms on the 1st floor. They count with two individual beds each and are separated by a shutter door. These bedrooms share a wardrobe and a bathroom with a bath tub. The floor provides access to a balcony.
On the top floor, there is a 4th bedroom, with a double bed, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and a romantic, furnished terrace with view on the village.
The whole house counts with air conditioning and, if necessary, we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair.
Sa Pobla is situated in the center-north of the island, only a few kilometres away from both the beach and the mountains. That makes it the perfect spot for beach holidays, as well as for cyclists and hikers. In sa Pobla, you will find any services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Try out the Majorcan cuisine on the plaza, and emerge in the local life over a coffee. Nearby, in Campanet, you might want to visit the caves. If you are lucky enough to have some rainy days during spring or autumn, you will have the privilege to visit the Fonts Ufanes, where the subterranean water sprouts out of the ground, in the woods. Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the Sanctuari of Lluc and the adorable villages in the Tramuntana mountain range. The beaches of the north side, like Port d'Alcúdia and Can Picafort, are perfect for families with little children, with fine, white sand steeping slowly into the quiet sea.
