This is an amazing beach front house with a beautiful view to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of sea shells. We are a walking distance away from great restaurants, bar & grills and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosk as cafélados, Alta mar mojitos and Others. Also find rental bikes and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with air conditioning.

The space
The house is right in front of the beach nearby Rompeolas Restaurant, also we are five minutes to crash boat beach and walking distance to many restaurants and Paseo Real Marina.

My wife and I are really excited to be able to share our beach front house with you all! We have been married for 31 years, have 2 children and 2 grand children. Our family means the world to us and we know how important it is to spend quality time with them. That is why we would like to share that experience we have had here with you!! We love relaxing at the beach while listening to music and enjoying the scenery. We could all use some fun in the sun!
