It is unique even in global perspective, since nowhere in the world has a completely new district been built so close to capital city center. There is sports options, huge park, plenty of children playgrounds, grocery store just next to the apartment block, 24/7 open grocery just walk distance away, largest electronics & house appliances store in Finland, restaurants, highest roof top drink bar in Helsinki with a view, extremely nice canal area etc. Ruoholahti shopping center is 1km away. The largest supermarket with best options in central Helsinki is in Ruoholahti.
