Our cozy apartment is located in a typical Roman building of the fifteenth century . A.D. subject to the constraint of Fine Arts. It consists of a romantic double bedroom and a comfortable living room, furnished with a single sofa bed and a sofa bed for two people. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 5 people and is equipped with a kitchen and living space, accompanied by a handy table.
The unique location and very central of the apartment will allow you to visit the main attractions of the city by foot : few steps from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon , Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna, and the St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo are only 5 minutes by foot. Every kind of vehicle, bus, metro and taxis are within walking distance in a short time to have the opportunity to reach every area of Rome, or to facilitate arrivals and departures from Termini Station and from the airports. In the evening you will find yourself immersed in the most glamorous city that you can offer, suggestive cocktails, tasty dinners and clubs where you can enjoy delicious cocktails beside baroque monuments, all few steps from the apartment.

Walking along Via Governo Vecchio, suitcases clattering across the cobblestones, weaving in and out of the crowds, we must have looked completely lost and somewhat conspicuous. The tap on my arm alerted me to this fact, and introduced us to Mrs Gabriella who kindly invited us to follow her back up the street to the door to the apartment which we had walked straight past (word of advice: the apartment is on the south side of the street, the numbers high up on the wall, and opposite the most wonderful clothes shop!). Mrs Gabriella looks after the apartment for the owner and she showed us through the large wooden doors leading from the hustle and bustle of the street into the narrow courtyard behind. The quiet descends immediately and we walked through the courtyard and up the stairs to the first floor accommodation. The apartment is neat, clean and tidy. It is everything that one could want in a base for a stay in the city. It is perfectly located for all that Rome has to offer, within reasonable walking distance from almost all significant sights (especially if you're enthusiastic) or close to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for buses or taxis. Shopping, eating, drinking and nightlife on Via Governo Vecchio is so plentiful and of such quality that it might be a challenge to get further away! We loved our stay in Rome and love Vittoria's apartment. Thank you Vittoria and thank you Mrs Gabriella for taking such great care of us...and especially for finding us on the street.

We had a great stay at Vittoria's flat and Mrs Gabriella was very helpful hostess. For a family of 5 (using the flat mainly as B&B) was great, perfect location to walk everywhere. And even on the heat of August the flat was fresh and great for a rest in the middle of the day, if needed.

Had a great stay in this apartment, couldn't be better located! We were met by Gabriella who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for four people, really tidy and cosy. Happily recommend this apartment to others wanting to stay in the heart of Rome.

Great location, nice and clean. We spent 4 days here, the place has perfect location in the old town, lots of nice restaurants, historical buildings, shops. We walked everywhere form there even to Vatican it's 15-20min. We haven't met with Victoria in person but we met Mrs. Gabriela, she was nice and explained us everything. So I would recommend its worth the money.

To put it bluntly, our stay was fairly spoiled by troublesome check-in, summing up: 30 EUR for late check-in and lots of hates from Mrs Gabriella, who met us. Extra payment was discussed in advance, so there is no problem, but we were also late for discussed arrival time (terribly sorry for that!), because we had to wait for one hour for a luggage in the airport. I tried to be communicative and notified Vittoria when we were at a luggage drop off and when we arrived to a train station, but looks like that this information was not properly propagated to Mrs Gabriella, who did check-in, because she was furious, began to blame us for delay, threatening that she was going to leave before our arrival and wondering why we haven't taken a taxi to transfer from the airport, because she wanted to leave earlier for her personal reasons. That was totally unexpected and unacceptable. I payed for late check-in as it was discussed in advance, otherwise Vittoria could just refuse to check-in so late and I'd book a hotel with 24h service. There is also my mobile phone to reach me promptly to eliminate any causes for aggressiveness. Talking about the apartment itself and putting aside bad first impression, there was only one problem -- the flat was not tidy enough: one pass from a kitchen to a bedroom without slippers and your socks are good to be changed.

Vittoria's place is in the PERFECT location! Walking out the door, there's quite a few excellent bars, restaurants, and gelato shops. We felt right in the action and it was a 5-10 minute walk to all of the major sites within Rome. Would definitely stay again!
