Stayed for over 2 months. Jeanie's place was clean and quiet, close to public transit. It was also nice to be able to park in her lot for free and not worry about dealing with street parking. Jeanie was very responsive to my requests (she put a desk in the apt for me), and was easy to get ahold of. Would stay again.

First off, Fantastic place!!! I want to commend our host, Jeanie. She was very kind and attentive during our stay. Any questions we had were answered. In depth review and details below: If you are looking to stay in the New York area for a while for business or pleasure, I believe this place has what you need: TRANSPORT: The #159 Bus Stops (North and South) are literally across the street. Very convenient if you are bringing heavy luggage. Be aware, the bus usually arrives a few minutes late. If you time yourself right, you can head right downstairs, pop right into the bus and within 45 minutes, you are in NYC. :) CLEANLINESS: The place was immaculate. The wood floors were clean, the cabinets and sink were polished, and the linen fresh. The bathroom was exceptionally tidy for being white. Toilet and standing shower worked. You even get steady hot water for 20 minutes. So great after a long day! The air felt clean and there was barely any dust. Also, the air conditioning was great the entire time. Once summer kicked in, it did its job and I was very comfortable. DECOR: Excellent taste. Visuals of an environment are very important to me. Furniture was functional without being too distracting. FTW, The couch turns into a little futon. ;) The Smart TV was big and super nice with 2 HDMI inputs and even "streamcasting". Which means you can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV from your phone without cables. The adjacent white bookcase also doubled as a second workspace as the height was just right for my laptop. And, I cannot forget the chair. Thank you for having such a comfortable wheeled chair to sit in during my very long work hours. WIFI: Fantastic. Not once in the month we were there did it go out or need a router reset. We streamed Netflix almost every night without issue and it was fast for uploading my work to the cloud. Password is really long but you only need to enter it once. ;) KITCHEN: The kitchen was clean and well organized. Utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans, can/wine opener, and even a rice cooker were provided. We did not use the oven, but everything worked that we needed. The coffee maker and microwave were especially helpful. Jeanie is the type of host that if you need something just ask. SOUND: This is an important one for me. I was very impressed with the sound isolation. Sure, you hear cars go by now and then, but it wasn't disturbing. I think one of my neighbors was watching a sports game, but I could barely hear it and I believe next door there was a baby. I had to go out in the hall to confirm it. Fantastic wall insulation! As an engineer, I truly applaud. Bravo! Again, I highly recommend this place if you can grab it. Not only did I get my work done, I...
