Attractive comfortable charming private annexe in the garden of the owner's home. Quiet, residential area in Benenden village. Spacious airy accommodation consists of large room with kingsize bed with luxurious cotton bedlinen, a table and chairs, kitchen trolley with fridge kettle toaster. Breakfast : local artisan bread preserves apple juice milk from village dairy and fresh fruit. Ensuite shower room. Bathrobes. Private courtyard garden. Smart TV Wifi. Iron available on request

The space
This is a beautiful area with stunning countryside and picturesque Wealden villages. There are many wonderful footpaths which can be explored from our doorstep. In springtime the lambs and bluebells are magical! What could be better than a fabulous walk followed by a delicious meal in The Bull (a stone's throw from here). It's a great pub with log fires in winter and its very own Secret Garden to enjoy in warmer weather! Or sit by the village green and take in the cricket.

Hemsted Forest and Bedgebury Forest (with cycle tracks) are 5 and 10 minutes drive respectively.

10 Minutes Drive: Sissinghurst Castle; Bodiam Boating Station; Cranbrook and Tenterden, both charming, Wealden towns with independent shops, cafes, banks, etc. Tenterden has a Steam Railway and Market every Friday morning; Kino Cinema, Hawkhurst; Biddenden Vineyard (tours available and café) (URL HIDDEN) Cranbrook Golf Club; Benenden Hospital

Less than a minute's walk is The Bull which serves excellent food (Sunday carvery recommended) and has a wonderful inglenook fire to warm the winter days! We are happy to reserve a table for you. Five minutes walk from our award-winning village shop, cafe and post office. St. George's Church is also five minutes walk
