The space
There's something classically cozy about a river rock fireplace, a knotty pine kitchen, and a front door just steps from the Red Pine Gondola in Canyons Village, at Park City Mountain. For anyone looking to book a budget-conscious vacation rental (we get it, you're on the mountain more than you're in your room),

This airy, open, rustic space is ideal for a winter or summer vacation. First floor master, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and an enclosed loft with 4 beds for maximum sleeping space and economic value— can accommodate up to 9 (economical...somewhat tight fit). Also kitchen, and comfortable living space, 2 full baths and laundry room as well as skis storage area. There is a real wood burning fireplace!

The Condo is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED and DISINFECTED between stays to ensure the safety of our guests. WE RECENTLY UPGRADED THE SERVICE TO A NEW FIRM WHICH IS MORE RELIABLE.

Note the condo is configured to accommodate everything from a couple to a large group very economically. While we did close in the upper loft and added a barn door, with large groups the ‘open’ space of these loft style units can be a bit noisy as the entire space is 1,100 square feet.

a short 40-minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport, Park City Canyons Village is the first base area to welcome you to Park City.
A car is optional however, there is a wide selection of transportation from the Airport and from the resort to Main Street

Directions to Canyon Village are simple. Follow UT-224 from I-80 towards Park City. After 3 miles turn right onto Canyons Resort Drive and follow it to signs directing entry to the base parking facilities. Please note that our surface parking lots are not available for overnight parking.

This family style, guest centric village offers world class accommodations, plays host to a variety of events and also provides direct access to the Orange Bubble Express, the country’s first bubbled and heated chairlift. All this just 4 miles from historic Main Street Park City.

Upon arrival at Canyons Village, a distinct all-in-one village vibe will present itself. Canyons Village provides easy access to Utah’s legendary powder. Accessibility from lodging to lifts, ski school and other guest services provide an easy, family friendly guest experience. You can ski to the "Park City Side" of mountain as well.

For those who don’t own an Epic Pass, don’t wait in line at the ticket window, buy your EpicDay Lift Tickets online in advance, to guarantee the lowest price on your lift tickets. Our Canyons Village ticket offices are located at Base Camp at the bottom of the Cabriolet and in the Village next to the fire pits for your in-person purchases.

Surrounding the Canyons Village courtyard, many specialty ski stores and other retail outlets warmly welcome visitors. One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports are two well-known ski and snowboard shops that have everything gear related one would need for vacation in the mountains.

Canyon Mountain Rentals located in the village is staffed with expert fitters that will get you onto the snow quickly and ensure comfort in any snow condition. Reserve your equipment online here to get onto the mountain quicker than ever before.
The Farm, One of “Utah’s Top 10” restaurants located in Canyons Village offers fresh, farm to table ingredients along with an award winning wine list to accompany. In the morning, fuel the day with coffee and a breakfast burrito from Murdock’s Café. When the weather warms, try lunch at Red Tail Grill with their outdoor deck overlooking the ski beach.

If you’re not comfortable driving in winter conditions, we recommend you take Park City’s free, bio-diesel, ski-friendly public transportation system. Read more or download Park City Bus Maps.

I have been fortunate to have traveled extensively. I have lived in a number of places in the USA & for 4 years in Europe. My goal is to provide a space that I would enjoy staying in while away from home--clean, lively, warm space with hassle free check-in at an affordable price. My spaces are flexible and can accommodate an individual, a couple or a whole family. I currently have two listings, "Bungalow by the Sea" in the iconic beach community of Long Beach, NY just 27 miles from New York City & "Alpine Mountain Retreat" which is at the base the mountain and part of winter/summer Canyons resort community in Park City, UT. I look forward to hosting you.

During your stay
See the updated reservation process for '20-'21 ski season:
Passes and tickets: If you have any version of the Epic Pass, you’ll need to make a reservation to ski. For day tickets, rather than buy a regular lift ticket online in advance (pricing to be announced), opt for the more affordable Epic Day Pass (from $107 a day), a low-commitment version of the Epic Pass. The Epic Day Pass also gets you between one and seven days, and, yes, those still require a reservation.

From our condo have direct access to the lifts which are a 1-2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk. About as close as you can get in Park City.

Note when viewing rentals, the only ‘true Ski in ski out’ locations in Park City where you put on your skis in the house and ski directly to a lift are in the ‘ Colony Section’ of the mountain. You can ski through off the Tombstone lift. The homes there go from $9-25 Million dollars. So don’t be fooled!

The condo is equipped with everything you will need--towels, linen's, shampoo, conditioner & soap. A full kitchen with a dishwasher and includes coffee and tea. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a Weber BBQ grill on the deck.

For families, Park City, Utah, is a great choice. Not only is it now the largest ski area in North America, but Park City has over 60% of its ski area dedicated to the beginner and intermediate skier. This is a big deal for first time sports enthusiasts.
Thanks to the charming Main Street area with its history, multitude of restaurants, nighttime sleigh rides, and the Gorgoza Tubing Park, there is also much more to do than just ski. The 2002 Utah Olympic Park has all types of activities for families, plus, right now, there's a really good chance you will see the pros training for the South Korean Olympic games.
