You get the entire house to yourself to enjoy your stay. It is located in a Complex and safe and secure. There is a Swimming Pool and BBQ facilities located within the estate for all residents to use at their leisure.

Guests will be Checked in on Arrival and Departure and if arriving or leaving outside of the Standard Check In Time of 2pm QLD time or Check Out Time of 10am QLD Time , the host will do her best to arrange outside of these times. Please note however this may not always be possible and in this instance other arrangements will be organised for an easy collection of keys for the guests

This is a great proximity place to access theme parks but quite far from surfers paradise. Please read the property description carefully and don't assume things just by looking at the photos. Ex: A traveller in hurry like me ( rather impatient) looks at the photo of BBQ and pool in prop description and assume that they both are available onsite. However, in reality the facilities are common to everyone in the estate. Looks (visuals online) can be deceiving!! Property backyard is totally unusable. Not maintained well. Indoors is good and great. However, do not dare to raise the issues with the management team as you might be asked to vacate immediately.

We tried very hard to accommodate this guest from initial enquiry stage through to Check In. He asked many questions about what the property had in regards to cutlery, cooking utensils, bedding configuration etc. His queries were always responded to then I began to refer him to read property description on Airbnb so that he could see exactly what was available at the property with emphasis that its location was in a Complex with shared facilities. Prior to Check In I had to change meeting date for him 3 times as his estimation of arrival time would change throughout that arrival day and being Easter we were flat out with festivities and I was working. We then gave Self check in details which seemed to start off ok but guest did not follow instructions and advised I had given wrong advice however upon further communication the guests were using the wrong pin pad and I clearly stated the colour of the 1 to use and its location. From Check In I was continually questioned where was the pool for property as we advertised there was 1. I advised again as stated in description on airbnb it is in a complex there is a shared pool onsite along with bbq facilites but it seemed guest was upset with me however it began to show maybe he had not read description as suggested. Guest then began to make complaints about cleaning fee charged advising how much he pays for his own house to be cleaned. I advised cleaning fee includes commercial linen fee and delivery of this to property and we rent linen and cleaners are hired to clean. He then complained there should have been more rolls of toilet tissue and more rubbish bag liners should have been left for their stay. I advised we state we provide complimentary toiletries so shampoo, soaps, toilet rolls ( there were spare in cupboard), rubbish liners for all bins inside kitchen and both bathrooms, all linen including swimming towels, laundry liquid, dishwash liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies. We have had some guests at other properties advise they were pleasantly surprised with what we offered and set up as they did not expect this. We do not list that there is Wifi there as there isnt any. I continually referred the guest to read the property description as well as informing him the answer to each of his questions, especially prior to check in so that he could be sure of what the property had on offer. The complaints continued and after speaking with the owners who had just set the place up buying brand new appliances, installing brand new carpets and furniture we decided to offer Prasad the opportunity to cancel as he was not happy with the property and even though he did admit to not reading the description. After the offer no reply came and upon check out we found the property an absolute mess which was very disheartening for the owners after all they invested and this being their 1st guests. Furniture was moved around with beds moved into another room, carpets in lounge were dirty with food crumbs and rubbish. In regards to the back yard please view photos listed. It is a small fully fenced area with a grass area and an undercover area. The lawns are cut and the side of the property is decorative stones. There is only 1 small garden along the fence line which only has a few hardy plants for the QLD weather. It is very tidy and big enough for kids to run around as previous permanent tenants had 3 young children who were able to play outside and be secure within the fence. With new guests arriving the same day due to the cleaning required, these new guests unfortunately were delayed with their check in time as property had to be fully cleaned and set back up again.
