In the Perche 1h30 from Paris, a peaceful haven for an assured disconnection in this end of the world ... Nice renovated farmhouse with unobstructed heated pool and boulodrome. Great for moments for families or with friends. Any childcare is on site, as well as a playroom for the kids. The house overlooks a large 2000 m2 garden. All amenities are 10 minutes away and many activities are to be discovered in the region (Quad, Shooting, Kayaking, horseback riding, ...)

The house is perfectly furnished and equipped for families with children or for groups of friends
The capacity is ideally 4 adults and 5/6 children-1/2 babies but it is possible to go up to 6 adults (3 double beds) and 5 children
The house is structured in 3 parts:
- On the ground floor in common: kitchen-dining room + living room-fireplace + veranda (playroom for children)
- Upstairs: a landing with a TV for children and comics for adults/children serves on the left a double room (Bed 160) with toilet and bathroom, on the right a double room (bed 140) in a row that communicates with a child's room (2 beds of 90).
